Born in Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Lowe attended American University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
Mr. Lowe earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Washington College of Law at The American University where he was a member of The Law Review. Mr. Lowe was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 1977, the District of Columbia Bar in 1978 and the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1980.
Mr. Lowe is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and The American Bar Association.
He practices at the HermanGerel office in Washington, D.C.
