Born in Takoma Park, Maryland, Mr. Beiser attended the University of Maryland, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986.
Upon receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore in 1989, Mr. Beiser was admitted to the Maryland, District of Columbia and U.S. District Courts for the District of Maryland and the District of Columbia Bars in 1990.
Mr. Beiser is an active member the Montgomery County, Maryland and the District of Columbia Bar Associations as well as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives.
